Leeds Mitsubishi Dealership celebrates double win at the Auto Trader Retailer Awards 2018

Leeds Mitsubishi Dealership, Luscombe Motors, have scooped a double win at the Auto Trader Retailer Awards, winning both the ‘Customer Choice’ and ‘Retailer of the Year’ Awards for 2018.

Now in its 11th year, the Auto Trader Retailer Awards celebrate the very best in automotive retailing, including digital excellence, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. During the awards ceremony, a total of 12 trophies were awarded across six categories, each representing the central pillars of modern automotive retailing. 

The winners of the Auto Trader Retailer Awards were determined by the most comprehensive judging process in the Awards’ 11-year history, which not only featured a prestigious judging panel of experts (including senior executives from Google, Compare the Market, uSwitch, and The Specialist Works), but also the opinions of thousands of car buyers, and in-depth analysis of millions of data points from across Auto Trader’s market place.

The ‘Customer Choice’ Award was determined by analysing a variety of dealer review-based metrics, including the number of positive reviews left by customers, replies to both positive and negative reviews, consistency and tone. Each of the three finalists were masters at building trust and confidence, but according to Auto Trader, what set Luscombe Motors apart was its ability to turn a 4 star review into a 5 star review.

The ‘Retailer of the Year’ Award winner was determined by analysis of the best performing retailers across Auto Trader’s Customer Choice, Online Experience and Customer Experience awards, including dealer reviews, digital excellence and mystery shopping, as well as millions of data points from Auto Trader.
