An award-winning Mitsubishi dealership in north Devon has made the shortlist for yet another prestigious award ceremony.

Devonshire Motors in Barnstaple is a finalist in two categories at the AM Awards 2016, organised by the magazine Automotive Management, which take place on February 11th at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre.

The dealership is up for the Excellence in Customer Service and Excellence in Aftersales titles at the glitzy black-tie event which will be hosted by broadcaster Katie Derham.

Dealer Principal Nathan Tomlinson said: ‘We are delighted to have made the shortlist for not just one but two of these prestigious awards. The past few years have been fantastic for us and it’s great to see 2016 get off to such a good start. It’s exciting news and a testament to the hard work that everyone puts in at Devonshire Motors. We are committed to looking after our customers and these nominations reflect that.’

Devonshire Motors consistently receives the maximum five-star satisfaction rating from customers via surveys conducted by Mitsubishi and it is no stranger to success. The dealership is the current Mitsubishi Dealer of the Year, having taken that honour for the second time at the brand’s annual conference last March.

Last year, Devonshire Motors was a finalist in the Bodyshop of the Year category in the Motor Trader Industry Awards, and in 2014 it was shortlisted for Dealer Principal of the Year and Most Improved Company of the Year at the AM Awards.

In 2013, Nathan was named Dealer Principal of the Year by two leading trade magazines: Car Dealer and Motor Trader.
